Delivery

We aim to create and dispatch your order as soon as possible and usually within two working days. In the unusual event that this is not possible, we will contact you.

The delivery charge will be shown at checkout and your items will be sent by "Royal Mail First Class Signed For" and they mayl require a signature on receipt by you. This should be received by you either on the next working day after posting or the day after that depending on Royal Mail.

Once the item has been posted, if it is not signed for it will be returned to your local sorting office and if not collected within 7 days of the attempted delivery date, it will be returned to us.

For your protection, we do not send any of our items to you with any service that does not require a signature, as we cannot guarantee safe delivery.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 40 working days after the date of dispatch when Royal Mail would classify the package as lost.

 

Returns and exchanges

We very much hope that you will be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If for any reason this is not the case please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will endeavour to solve the problem. If we are not able to solve the problem or the item is faulty then we will refund the cost of the item. Credit will not include the original cost of shipping.

If your purchase is damaged within 6 months of purchase please contact us so we can assess if this is due to a defect in the design (whereupon we will repair at no cost) or fair wear and tear.

For items purchased over six months ago a charge will be made for any repairs required as it will be deemed to have been as a result of normal wear and tear.

If you feel that a refund is required please send an email to graceandcocorocks@gmail.com and we will provide an address to which you can return the item in its unused condition within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that you send your item using a delivery service that means the item is insured against loss and is tracked as we are not able to guarantee items that we do not post ourselves.

On returning the item please provide your name, address and telephone number together with reason for return.

We are not able to offer exchanges on items. In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange an item we will do our best to accommodate your request as long as we have received notice of the same within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept exchanges or returns of earrings.
