Delivery & Returns
We aim to create and dispatch your order as soon as possible and usually within two working days. In the unusual event that this is not possible, we will contact you.
The delivery charge will be £4.40 and your items will be sent by Royal Mail "Signed For" and they will require a signature on receipt by you. This should be received by you the next working day after posting.
Once the item has been posted, if it is not signed for it will be returned to your local sorting office and if not collected within 7 days of the attempted delivery date, it will be returned to us.
For your protection, we do not send any of our items to you with any service that does not require a signature, as we cannot guarantee safe delivery.
We very much hope that you will be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If for any reason this is not the case please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will endeavour to solve the problem. If we are not able to solve the problem or the item is faulty then we will refund the cost of the item. Credit will not include the original cost of shipping.
If a refund is required please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item to 21 Jenning's Close, Surrey, KT65RB in its unused condition within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that you send your item using a delivery service that means the item is insured against loss and is tracked as we are not able to guarantee items that we do not post ourselves.
On returning the item please provide your name, address and telephone number together with reason for return.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
